Palace View Resort By Spinnaker - Branson

I liked location and people, they were perfect. The staff was courteous and the pool area was great. The room was big, had exceptionally comfortable and included a refrigerator, an oven and kitchenware.

The rooms with a patio or a deck.

The condo was spacious, super clean, and had a kitchen stocked like a chef's dream-perfect for a family of six. The location felt secluded but was close enough for all the fun!

But for the love of all that's cozy, I could hear someone tiptoeing above me at 5 A.M.! And the bed? A little too firm-like sleeping on a table!

We really enjoyed the rooms. They did not feel like a hotel, more like home. Everything was provided, plates, pots and pans, washing machine, dish soap, dishwasher etc...

We were in the basement and there were a lot of bugs :(

I stayed here 3 nights and I loved it.

The internet constantly disconnects!!! Furniture and decor feel outdated!!! More attention to shower pressure needed!!! Difficulties accessing trash disposal areas!!!

Spacious, affordable, clean, nice, very accommodating for a family with children.

It was wonderful all but the girl that checked me in and the extra blanket in the room smelled like someone went to the bathroom on it and it hadn't been washed. Also the hot water ran out and I had to take a cold shower!!! That was the worst part of it all.

The kids loved the pools and the location and price were great.

The spacious units offer full kitchens that make meal prep a breeze, especially if you're looking to save some credits during your stay. Plenty of recreational options like pools and playgrounds provided entertainment for the kids without leaving the premises.

The noise level proved to be a challenge; rooms backing onto the pool often dealt with loud parties and kids until late at night, breaking the quiet you'd expect. On top of that, the bathroom's vanity space was surprisingly minimal, making it tough to keep personal items organized. WiFi access felt like an obstacle course; connecting devices turned into a hassle without reliable support from the IT side.

The spacious layout of our one-bedroom villa was a highlight of our stay, especially with the convenience of a full kitchen. We enjoyed the variety of activities available on-site, from casual games to ice cream events. I did encounter some confusion regarding towel exchanges, which could be communicated better.

Appreciated my nice stay at holidays. The deluxe villa didn't seem appealing on photos but it was updated with a patio or a deck. Perfect location, walking distance to Ride the Ducks Branson.

The rooms were beautiful. The beds were excellent. The grounds were very nice. We didn't really use any of the other facilities.

The only thing I would have to say is that if it is being rented out like a hotel and not as a time-share, I believe maid service would be appropriate and I don't think we should be expected to take our own trash out.

Spacious units, a big plus for saving on dining out. The outdoor pools offer a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after the day's activities.

Noise complaints can be an issue, especially if you're on the lower floors, as sounds from above can disrupt your peace quite late into the night. Some amenities didn't meet expectations, like the infrequent parking options close to the unit and some dated furniture that could use a refresh.

I liked having a kitchen area and a separate room for my young kids to sleep.

It would be nice if the indoor pool was heated and if the resort weekly events were advertised by email before our arrival.

The rates were great.really spacious villas. The staff was wonderful.close to all the attractions..no reason why I won't not only stay at the palace again but will recommend all my family and friends..definetely 5 star..

I really can't think of anything bad about the palace thanks for having us..
